PACKAGING
All prints are carefully packaged and should arrive in perfect condition. Small prints are packed flat in acid free tissue and card document packaging and larger prints are wrapped in acid free tissue inside a sturdy tube.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I strive to provide beautiful, quality professional prints and great customer service. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 5 days to let me know how I can remedy the situation. If your item arrives damaged, please let me know. At the time, all sales are final unless otherwise noted.
If a print should ever be damaged en route, I will replace the print once the damaged print is returned to me. Customers must inspect delivered goods immediately after receipt before signing confirmation of delivery from shipper. Should the delivered goods be obviously damaged and the damages discovered only after signing of receipt, customers have a period of 5 days to report the damage. If customers neglect to report damaged goods within this period, the right to exchange the purchased items is no longer valid.Payments of return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed and the returned goods must be received in original packaging and in perfect condition.

PAYMENT
The online payment system uses Paypal but signing up for a Paypal account is optional. It is possible to complete the payment and then decide whether the information you have supplied is saved in a Paypal account for any purchases at a later date. This method is entirely secure. All payments must be made within 2 days (48 hours) unless otherwise noted/discussed. If payment is not received within 2 days of purchase the sale will be cancelled . I will not send your order until I receive payment and it clears. I will offer discounts on multiple purchases (more than 5 items) but please put in a request before placing your order.
Once payment is received, processing of your print begins.
All prints available for sale are produced individually to order and are normally produced and dispatched within 7-10 days of receipt of cleared funds.
