Love this capture; it evokes so many emotions with such a clean approach. Really well done.

    Bonjour John

Beautiful outcome of a very wet season indeed. Wonderful clear-clean impression, James! You do get your share of weather, don’t you!
Yesterday it was even on the TV in Germany – this weekend you are in for a another mighty storm blowing up the waves to some 10-15 meters! Stay indoors and present us with some more images like this. Take no risks! 🙂
Best regards from the sunny Rhine Valley

A really fun image, playing with different planes and dimensions. Like Jennifer says, minimalism – and beautiful as such.

Scent of baking biscuits, fresh coffee and a log on the fire…..

How I can smell the fresh scent of biscuits wafting through from the kitchen , but no really it is just a fresh pot of coffee. Hope you have a wonderful week R. Best regards, j.

I think I would stay in!

    • February 03, 2014, 7:14 pm

Me too ! But then again I would not get the chance to photograph the inclement weather. So I have to wrap up, keep the camera protected and continuously clean the lens. Hope you have a great week Elizabeth.

Is it ever going to stop . . . at least you have a bright spot on your horizon James.

So very true Patti, the endless rain and wind can drive us to despair

I could not resist. Any excuse to get the camera out and to have the wind in my hair and the sea spray on the face. Just a great adventure and a pain at times keeping the camera lens cleaned every 5 minutes. A huge thanks for your comment.,

    • February 03, 2014, 7:04 pm

Lol! As long as you mange to stay dry and the hot chocolate is resting on a solid perch as it is rather windy. Hope you are well and once again many thanks for your comment.
